Steve brings more than three decades of experience in business development and government relations, creating new ventures and capturing new business in aerospace, defense and security markets around the world. He works with clients on domestic and international business design and capture strategy. He has extensive experience dealing with the U.S. Arms Export Control Act, the Missile Technology Control Regime and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
He worked for thirty years with McDonnell Douglas Corporation and The Boeing Company in sales and marketing and growth strategy assignments involving U.S and International unmanned systems, security solutions, and military and commercial aircraft. His industry career included long-term assignments in Europe, the Pacific Rim, the Middle East and the United States. He also spent five years in the public sector as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives staff.
Steve holds a master’s in public administration from the University of Missouri Harry S. Truman School of Public Affairs and a bachelor of arts in political science and communication from William Jewell College. He has completed additional executive education studies at the Washington University in St. Louis, Southern Methodist University and Harvard Business School.
Steve and his wife Pam are based in St. Louis, Missouri. Their daughter Anna is a composer of opera, choral works and other art music, studying at Oxford University in England. Their son Aaron is a Nashville singer, songwriter, producer and recording artist and Belmont University graduate. The family has lived in Saudi Arabia, Korea and Germany, and throughout the United States. Steve is an instrument rated private pilot.
